The role of nonparaxiality provides a fertile ground for fabricating miniaturized nanoscale devices. In this work, we examine the existence of nonparaxial solitons in a dimensionless coupled nonlinear Helmholtz system, allowing the propagation of ultra-broad nonparaxial pulses in a birefringent optical waveguide.
